Our drooping tulips feel the love and spirit of our Pre K community.....
In our recent post ( Observational Drawing Of Tulips) you may have noticed that our tulips were quite floppy... we were surprised that they looked so weak and did not expect them to live through the week. Opening our lights the following morning we were delighted to see that the tulips seemed 100% stronger and healthier! The children noticed this drastic change as soon as they enter the classroom and we were excited to look at Monday's blog and compare the tulips from then until today.
A few of the children immediately gathered the markers and paper from the shelves of our studio and began working on a second observational drawing of the tulips after they had lived in our classroom! "They must really like our school and they love us is why they are standing so tall now!" was one of the many comments overheard from our children. Our children are developing keen observational skills and it is quite exciting to see how well our children are
learning to articulate their thoughts.
